And sometimes, we can even get two full moons in a single month! When these two special events happen at the same time, it’s like getting a double dose of cosmic wonder.

1. What in the World is a "Blue Moon"?

Let's clear up a common misconception right away: a "Blue Moon" has absolutely nothing to do with the Moon actually turning blue! It's just a nickname. So, why call it "blue" then?
